Welcome to heeyCoach (the "Platform", "Service", "we", "us"). heeyCoach is a Swiss-based SaaS platform powered by AI to support football coaches in planning, managing, and optimising their training sessions.

By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

About the Service

heeyCoach provides cloud-based AI tools for:

• Training session planning.
• Exercise libraries and templates.
• AI-assisted coaching suggestions.
• Team and workload management.

The Service continues to evolve and may update regularly.

Eligibility

To use heeyCoach, you must:

• Be at least 16 years old.
• Provide accurate account information.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into agreements.

If you register on behalf of a club or organisation, you confirm you have authority to do so.

User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
• All activity under their account.
• Updating information when necessary.

heeyCoach may suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse or violation.

Subscription Model and Payments

heeyCoach operates as a SaaS subscription with monthly and yearly plans.

Billing

• Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• Auto-renewal applies unless the user cancels before renewal.
• All prices include or exclude taxes depending on the user's country.

Trials and Promotions

heeyCoach may offer free trials or promotional discounts. Trial periods convert to paid plans unless cancelled.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued if required by Swiss law or if a billing error occurs.

Acceptable Use Policy

Users must not:

• Misuse AI tools to generate harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit the platform.
• Upload harmful code or misuse the system architecture.
• Use the Service for non-football-related activities without prior permission.

Violations may result in immediate termination.

AI Responsibility Disclaimer

heeyCoach uses AI to generate suggestions and training content. While we work to ensure accuracy, AI may produce incorrect or inappropriate results. Users are responsible for reviewing, validating, and adapting all AI-generated content.

heeyCoach does not accept liability for decisions made based on AI outputs.

Intellectual Property

heeyCoach IP

All platform content, branding, AI models, algorithms, and software are owned by heeyCoach. Users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform.

User IP

Content created by users including training plans, exercises, notes, and video uploads remains the user's intellectual property.

Users grant heeyCoach a limited licence to process this content solely for providing the Service.

Service Availability

heeyCoach aims for a high uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend access for updates or maintenance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Swiss law:

• heeyCoach is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.

Termination of Service

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. heeyCoach may terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or if required by law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes will be settled in the courts of St Gallen, Switzerland.
